Have Fever With Chills, Swollen Neck Lymph Node, Difficulty Swallowing. Underlying Cause?

I have been having 102 degree temperature with chills, swollen neck lymph node, difficulty swallowing. Fever appears/disappears/reappears every 24 hours. Feel achy, stiff neck, during fever which is combined with chills. Lasts a couple of hours. Fever breaks (sweating), then feel ok. This has been going on for the past 2 weeks. What is causing it?
