Have Fibromyalgia. Itchy Spot Near Bra Line, Redness, Pain In Leg

yes, my name is vickie, i have fibromyalgia and am treated with dry needling to my trigger points. Lately there is one spot just to the right of my bra line. it is itchy and very sore, like a flared trigger point. there is a small read patch about a silver dollar in size but has no blisters. When i am active around the hues i get deep pain down my right leg. i have one blister on my right big toe , doesn t look like typical shingle symptoms but something is up.
