Have Fluid Retention In Knees, Ankles & Wrists. Suffering From Swelling And Pain. What Can I Do To Reduce Swelling And Pain?

I have just been on a 4 day binge on crystal meth I have what I believe us fluid retention in my knees ankles & wrists. I know how horrible it is and majority of what the effects it has both mentally & physically. My first priority is getting relief from this swelling its rather uncomfortable and painful. What are some things I can do at home to help relieve the swelling and pain please?????

i think u r suffering from rheumatoid arthritis ..u should consult a rheumatologist as soon as possible...and talking about the pain u cn try ibuprofen and for swelling a combination drug of trypsin and rutoside trihydrate...to prevent fluid retention u should consult a physiotherapist and be on regular exercises..like
range of motion of all joints
muscle strengthening exercises
stretching exercises...
