Your urine test indicates for possible lacerations of your urinary tract (presence of blood and blood cells and slightly cloudy color and ++nitrite). The causes could be related to stones or/and infection. So, I'd suggest to culture the urine and perform sensitivity testing to determine/rule out infection.
Furthermore, genital infections should be ruled out through vaginal swab testing and culture.
Pain in your anus could be related to :
- hemorrhoids (if you also having problems with constipation) - possible fecal infections (parasitic, candida)
If this your case, I'd suggest to do : - examination of feces for ova/parasite - culture the feces for candida/bacteria - do abdominal ultrasound
All the best! Dr.Alba
