Have Fungal Infection Leaving Dark Patches And Itchiness On Hands And Legs. Treatment?
Hello. i have this long persistent fungi infection that tends to reoccur after sometimes. and at differrent times I have taken terbinafine , nizoral , currently on ketazol 200mg daily. creams like nizoral seems not yielding except for skin heal that improves it and later stop to improve it. the symptoms leaves dark patches and it itches, on my hand and legs. sometimes i have to scratch the surface before i can feel pain on it. Please what can i do? thanks

you have post inflammatory pigmentation over affected area .
it will be lighten in some wks .
you can apply clotrimazole powder over it
keep the area dry and clean .
wear loose and cotton cloths .
