Have General Anxiety, Headaches, Numbness In Arms, Chest Pain, Yellow Spots On Chest, Clicking In Ears. Withdrawal Symptoms?

I have been dealing with general anxiety for some time now and I am on a small dose of Alprazolam. But ever since taking this pill, I have experienced increased anxiety, constant headaches, tingling/numbing in my left arm, slight pain in my chest area, yellow spots on my chest, and clicking in my ear. Is this due to a physical health issue or is this mentally related? I have been trying to cut back on the medicine, which means this could be symptoms of withdrawal? Any help would help in this case, thanks so much.

Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine drug. It can be used in anxiety for episodic control. It can provide symptomatic relief in anxiety. You have symptoms like chest pains, ringing in your ear, these symptoms can be due to anxiety disorder itself. But for proper management of anxiety you should visit a Psychiatrist. Medicines like SSRI or SNRI are very useful in anxiety. They correct the biochemical abnormality of anxiety. Apart from that try behavior therapy and relaxation methods to relax yourself.
