Have Growing Flesh Colored Bumps In Pubic Area. Treated With Apple Cider Vinegar. Remedy?

Yes I'm having a lot of these tiny flesh colored bumps in my pubic region and very bottom of my shaft where my penis connects to me and some of them are almost pointy like with a white or black dot on the top they started of looking like skin tags and there was less of them by now the multiplies and don't look the same is it because I was treating them with apple cider vinaiger because I thought they were skin tags or is it hpv warts?

You seem to be having lesions of molluscum contagiosum
Molluscum contagiosum (MC) is a viral infection of the skin.This common viral disease has a higher incidence in children, sexually active adults, and those who are immunodeficient.

Molluscum contagiosum lesions are flesh-colored, dome-shaped, and pearly in appearance.
They are often 1–5 millimeters in diameter, with a dimpled center.
They are generally not painful, but they may itch or become irritated
These lesions are very contagious ,so early and proper treatment is very essential
Treatment options include application of agents like retinoic acid ,chemical cautery, electric cautery or mechanical curettage..
So i would advise you to visit a dermatologist soon for proper treatment as such lesions tend to increase if not treated on time as these are very contagious
