Have Had Dry Patch With Bumps, Redness On Penis Shaft, Scabs Developing. It Is A Result Of?

I have had a dry patch with small bumps slightly red that is now drying out on the shaft of my penis 1 and a half centimeters in length As it has dried out very small scabs developed in a small cluster. They dried and have fallen off. Leaving the skin did colored lighter than surrounding skin. What is this and how do I treat. I have not had unprotected sex. This happened one time before in and around the same spot. I kept it dry etc.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having dermatitis or fungal infection locally.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep local part clean and healthy.
If there is no improvement, consult dermatologist and get physically examined.
Ok and take care.
