Have Had Miscarriages And Still Birth, Pregnant Again. On Duphaston. Normal To Lose Weight?
hi, i am 39 years of age, 5.6ft tall,and am weighing 70kg , had 3 miscarriages and one still birth and am now pregnant with triplets. My doctor prescribed duphaston 1 tablet twice a day and aspimed 1 a day. i want to know if its safe and ok, also know the role in which this drugs plays.i'll also like to know if its normal to loose weight as the pregnancy progresses.Am 9 weeks gone and am loosing weight. thank you.

hi.. thanks for using HCM.. you are 9 weeks pregnant with triplets.. congrates. you are given progesterone and aspirin.. you are loosing weight is a cause for concern.. make sure that you are checking your weight on the same weighing scale.. if you have severe vomitting(hyperemesis), that will lead to weight loss.. get one ultrasound examination done to see the development of foetuses.. see your obstetrician .. all the very best.
