Have Hair Loss And Premature Graying. Genetic Baldness? What Can Help?
I am 23 year old male and now I have hair loss and premature greying. I am vegetarian for past 10 years and I eat healthy foods like spinach , fruits, dried fruits and do regular work outs. But I experiencing hair fall now. No history or hereditary baldness in my entire family gene . My maternal grandfather of age 72 still have healthy hair with no baldness and my paternal grandfather died at age 76 had natural black hair with no baldness. My father have no baldness and he started to use dye at age of 47 only. Now he is 56 years old. But I experience heavy hair fall and I fear it leads to hair loss. I trying everything from applying coconut oil to head massaging with warm oil. But still the hair fall persists.Even the receding rate is increasing. More over I don t have thick beard and moustache. please help me
