Dear Redon,
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic.
You have the common cosmetic problem known as Androgenic Alopecia ( or Male pattern Baldness). This is found almost exclusively in young males starting from 18 years of age as recession in the frontal and side of scalp hair line.
This is due to testosterone hormone, which starts its function at beginning of teenage as growth of beard and other changes of the male body. But the paradigm is that the hormone which starts the growth at one side ( beard and mustaches) at teenage, the same hormone recedes the growth of hair at our front and side of scalp after the age of 18 years.
This pattern of hair fall is basically gentical - means the pattern of hair in your family. So anyone in your family( from your mother and father's side) having baldness can be expressed in you by that gene.
We prescribe Minoxidil solution in hair fall, Which is the mainstay of therapy. This is available in different strength raging from 2% to 10 %. The treatment is long term raging from 6 months to a year and needs maintenance also. It can cause side effects ( most commonly irritation and headaches). We give oral treatment for the same in form of multivitamins and antiandrogens. So, it is better to consult a Dermatologist for a good advice and long term management.
other than that you improve your diet at the best. take plenty of protein diet. Take 3-4 fruits per day. Include sprouts, milk products and almonds in your schedule. Reduce your stress level and stop any kind of substance abuse (alcohol/smoking) if any.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The impact is purely psychological / social.
No problem for health otherwise.

This is Male pattern baldness - from hormones and there is no cure.
See a dermatologist - local minoxidil and oral vitamins help greatly- as long as you use...
If you are seriously concerned, hair transplant is an option.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
