Have Headache, Dizziness And Nausea. No Medication Or Test Done Till Now. What To Do?

I'm a 21 year old female who has had dizzy spells and nausea for the past two weeks. I feel sick every time i eat and usually end up throwing up before i feel any better. I have bad headaches and green stools, i don't have insurance to go to a doctor and I'm missing way too much work can someone please tell me what's wrong.

Plz go for pregnancy test.
U might be having severe colitis too.consult a Gastroentrologist.byee
