Have Headache, Dizziness, Tiredness, Stomach , Chest Pain. Early Menstrual Cycles. Had Pet Died Of Parvo. Link?

Hi i am just wondering why i have been getting extremely bad headaches, dizziness, feeling as if im going to pass out, if i bend down and get back up then i see stars, i am very tired all the time, i dont have any strength at all, have alot of stomach pain and also the occasional shooting pain in my chest/ down left side of my body... Also my menstrual cycle is all wrong i seem to be getting it every two weeks for the last two months or so... Also i did just have a puppy that has died from parvo, is there any link?? Is there anything you could think of??

Good evening dear.
Based on your symptoms I would advice you to see near by doctor and have your blood pressure measured on both arms, fasting blood sugar, random blood sugar done and abdominal and pelvic ultra scan.
You need to do these investigations so that we can rule out hypertension, diabetes, Pelvic inflammatory disease(any problems with reproductive organs uterus etc).
Meanwhile do you have family history of hypertension ,diabetes?.Do you have any discharge in your private part? Have you ever tested for HIV?

Hello I think You should have your blood test done. A simple complete blood count will reveal your hemoglobin level.and if its low then it explains the reason for your fatigue.Any iron supplement can help to regulate your menstrual cycle as well. You have not mentioned in detail about your stomach pain so i think knowing little more about you symptoms would definitely help to know us more about your problem. The white cell count in the blood picture would lead to diagnose Parvo.
