Have Headache, Lower Back Pain, Spotting. Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy?

hello i have a question, i have been having slight headaches, and lower back pain for about a week, last week i spotted for three days and i only seen it when i wiped, my period was supposed to start this week but it has not, i took a first response today but the test came back negative, now with that being said i do have a six year old daughter, but i didnt experience any symptoms with her, and when i did go to the doctor for a test i was already four weeks bt the line was fairly light at that time, is it possible that i could be pregnant

As I always says to all of my patients that the only 100% confirmative test for pregnancy is Ultrasonography graphy study this gives exact result, again if you are not much worried about the pregnancy then why to test it, let it be negative or positive, but if it is really matter to you then imaging study is the gold test, here you may not be pregnant, it does not seems positive, have nice day.
