Have Headache, Nausea And Pain In Hands. Have Blood Sugar , Runny Nose And Sore Throat. What To Do?

I am waking up with nausea, headaches and pins and needles in my hands. I have checked my blood sugars and they gave been between 95-105 in the morning. I am not a diabetic, just wanted to rule that out, or I haven't been diagnosed yet. I am 37, female. I exercise 5-6 days a week and eat fairly well. Other symptoms include, runny nose and intermittent sore throat.

Hello,

You're blood sugars are in normal range.
This is most unlikely from diabetes.
Headache, running nose, sore throat are more in favour of viral infection.
Take adequate rest.
Consume lot of oral fluids.
Analgesic for headache.
Nausea may be due to viral fever or gastritis.
avoid spicy food.
Take proton pump inhibitors.
