Have Heavy And Pressure Movement Sensation Under Testicles When Urinating Occasionally. What Could Be The Reason?

Hello. When i urinate, sometimes I have this heavy movement sensation from what feels like under my testicles ( between my scrotum and anus). It doesn't happen all of the time. Only sometimes, and I usually notice this while I am standing up to urinate. The sensation passes by the time I am done peeing. It doesn't stay with me. It's not a burning. Flow is fine. It's a heavy / pressure movement sensation.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
it sounds like urinary infection which is very common and usually caused by bacteria. YOu should visit your GP and do urine analysis and uroculture. He wiill probably give you an antibiotic and it should be healed after 10 days. Also it can be STD but the procedure is the same. If this isnt helpful you should do ultrasound to check your prostate, ureter and kidney. There can be sign of enlargement or stones. Wish you good health.
