there is no movement of testicles when i tries to pushve upward there is no movement of my left testicles when i tries to push upward.

thanks for choosing health care magic.See there are 2 testis in scrotum.And testis are mobile inside the bag of scrotum.They are mobile but not to a greater extent.If you can feel testis something like round structure in side scrotum on both sides i think there is no problem.but still in doubt see your doctor and get examined.
