Have High Blood Pressure,high Cholesterol,odd Visual Disturbance.Treatment?

Yes, I noticed an odd visual disturbance. It seemed to be an irregular bright, thin line in what would be my field of vision (if I had my eyes open) and was moving. It was on the right side of my vision field. first noticed it in a lighted room and then, when I went to bed and closed my eyes it appeared again, but brighter in the dark. The movement seemed to be similar to the movement that lightning makes. I have never seen this before, have not other symptoms, and am wondering if this is something I should worry about or indicating an impending emergency situation. I am a year old female, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and early onset Alzheimer s. I take Lisinopril, Crestor, Namenda, and Aricept.
