Have Hole Near The Helix Of Ear, Yellow Pus Like Substance Comes Out. Suggest?
I have a hole near the helix of my right ear. I would have to say it is about 1cm deep maybe, and only less than a millimeter wide however, when pressure is applied to it from thw direction of inside to outside a yellowish whiteish puss like substance comes out. It is smelly too. I have had it for as long as i can remember. My left ear is normal and the carilage is all there but on the right ear when i feel around there is no cartilage near the helix spot and i only feel the tunnel like cylindrical structure of the puss hole

From history it seems that you might be having infected Sebaceous cyst giving this problem.
After removing cheesy material, it may refill again and will give recurrence.
Consult surgeon and get it excised with sac to have complete cure.
