Have Hyperparathyroidims. Positive For Leukites And Nitrates. Pelvic Pain And Bleeding
I ve been diagnosed with hyperparathoidism and tested myself with over the counter uti test. Tested positive for both leukites (?) and nitrates. I m experiencing pressure and pain in lower pelvic region and am bleeding . I m in between periods and this is not normal bleeding for me. It s bright red about a teaspoon a day for 3 days.

Kindly consult your gynecologist.
You need physical examination and urine culture test.
Antibiotics should solve the issue.
Also hyperparathyriodism is commonly associated with kidney stones. Kindly get an ultrasound scan done.
