hi yogita,
thyronormalycy means that your throid hormones are within the normal range...since you are a hypothyroid patient since 10 yrs and on medication, your thyroid hormone levels are within the normal range...you should go to an endocrinolgist and decrease your dose of thyroxin....all other care should be continued that you have been taking..
take care

Hello Yogita - thanks for posting on HCM
Thyronormalcy means Normal thyroid fun test.
Looking at the blood test results all the parameters are withing N range -
If this was test taken when you were taking thyroid hormone (as you suffer from hypothyroidism ) - it means dose is appropriate & doesn't need changing
If test was taken being on no thyroid hormone replacement - it means you do not have any hypo/ hyper thyroidism & hence you do not need any medications

Hope this helps
