Have Infection On Scalp, Losing Hair. Taken Medicines. When Will It Be Cured?

Hi, i m suffering from skin infection on my scalp and on my skin, due to which it has been observed that my density of growing hair are slopping down, loosing hairs slowly slowy.
I have consulted to my skin specialist & he has just informed me its due to fungal infection but its more than 9 months now i m taking medicines for duration of 2 months of course. There is little improvment but had asked to my doctor whether can i get cure from root of it or it is just temporary. Would like to know whether it is life long disease or it can cure over period of time & for what period it is?

DEAR SIR/MADAM

USUALLY IF YOU HAVE FUNGAL INFECTIONS IN THE SCALP IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET CURE FROM TIP OF THE HAIR FOLLICLE. YOU NEED TO GET TREATED BY BOTH ORAL AND TOPICAL ANTIFUNGAL AGENTS.
ITS BETTER FOR YOU TO SHAVE OFF YOUR SCALP HAIR COMPLETLY AND THEN TAKE THE TOPICAL TREATMENT BECAUSE, IF YOU GET TREATED LIKE THAT THEN YOU MANY GET PATCHY HAIR LOSS IN FUTURE
TAKE TABLET FLUCONAZOLE 150 MG ONCE A WEEK ALONG WITH APPLICATION OF TOPICAL ANTI FUNGAL AGENTS.

THANK YOU
