Have Irregular Periods, But Have Slight Bleeding, No Tenderness In The Breast. Can This Be Pregnancy?

My period was due 29/30 of June. Yesterday the 30th I started bleeding lightly and stopped then started again today and have consistently bled lightly. I have minor cramps. I'm 37 and have been told this irregularity could be perimenapause. I have gained about 3 lbs in a week, no tenderness in my breast not really sick to my stomach but slight dizziness, I also have vertigo but haven't had and episode in a while. These syptoms aren't enough to point to pregnancy are they?

Hello,

If there was any unprotected sexual encounter in the last cycle then there is chance of pregnancy.

So first exclude pregnancy by urine pregnancy test.

Now coming to your symptoms. It may be due to menopausal syndrome.
In this gradually the cycles get increasing delayed and then stops ultimately.

In this age screen for hypertension and diabetes also.

Consult a Gynecologist.

Thanks for using HCM

Irregular periods, does not point towards pregnancy. as you had little bleeding you can get one UPT done to check your pregnancy.
For irregular bleeding better to get PAP smear done. and endometrial thickness by scan. irregularity is not always normal.
You can take advice from gynaecologist for conception.

hope I have answered your query, have a good health.

regards
