Polycystic ovarian syndrome PCOS is characterized by irregular periods, dysmenorrhoea and passing blood clots. You can be pregnant in future dont worry but first 1. you need to reduce weight. 2. Consult your doctor and add tablet metformin for decreasing insulin resistance. 3. Regular exercise, physical activity and dietary restriction is adviced.
Consult your treating gynaecologist once and review.
Thanks
