Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
You seem to be having acute urticaria. Alaspan contains loratadine 10 mg and it is an effective treatment for urticaria and once a day dose is also adequate.
It seems to help you as well , so you may continue it as prescribed.

Trigger for the allergy can be a food you had prior, or infection or medicines which you took. Try to identify the trigger and eliminate it
Hope this helped
Take care
