OBGYN, Gynecologic Oncology 's  Response
Hello,
It seems as you have described, you are probably suffering from vulval infection (? Furuncles-infection of the hair follicles over the vulva).
You have to consult the gynecologist and if this diagnosis is confirmed treatment is possible with antibiotics & supportive medication.
Good luck
