Have Itching And Burning In The Scrotum. Have A Spot On The Scrotum. What It Could Be?

I have a spot on my scrotum that has been there for a year now, I climbed into a very hot bath about a year or so ago and thought I had burnt myself, This is a round circle looking area on the left side and at time it burns and itches really bad, I have scratched it open and squeezed blood from it and apply different creams but it is still there I have not been sexually active for a very long time any idea what this could be ?

Hello,

You have injured the skin of your scrotum in the past.
So there may be scar tissue formation in that area.
it causes itching. Due to itching you introduce repeated infection.
Maintain a good hygiene of the area.
Try not to scratch the area due to itching.
Apply topical antibiotics for 2 weeks.
If it is not subsiding then take oral antibiotics.
