Have Itching And Rashes On Butt. How To Overcome This?
hi i have been very itchy for the past few months. its mainly when im sitting on my couch, but i also have a pimply rash on my butt. the bumps hurt but dont itch just around them does. also my inner thighs, back and feet. Pretty much everywhere but my face. the only relief i have is when im sleeping so i know its not scabies.
Welcome to HCM. It is not scabies. It might be due to some infection of and gradually spreading. It might be due to severe perspiration due to continuous sitting on the couch. Take proper local care.Avoid continuous sitting on the leather seat, put some cotton cloth on the leather seat.Avoid tight clothing. Apply local cream like fusidic acid. Start proper antibiotic, nsaid under guidance of your family physician.
You might be having an allergic reaction to house dust or a fungal infection. I suggest you consult a dermatologist and get yourself examined to know the exact nature of lesions. If fungal infection, taking antifungals will treat. If it is house dust allergy, keeping your surrounding clean will decrease the itching and rashes.
Hope this helps
