Have Itching And Tickling In Vagina. Had A Medical Abortion. Remedies?

I had an abortion the 24th of August and inserted the pills to finish the medical abortion that Thursday and Friday. Now I'm having vaginal itching/tickling and I'm not sure if its a discharge but it's brownish red and it's texture is thin with a weird odor is this sound like bv because this itching is driving me CRAZY any home remedies to soothe itching until I can make an appointment
