Have Itchy Rash On Face. Tried Changing Soap, Shampoo And Diet. Had Hysterectomy Done Long Back. Cure?

I am 58 years old, female-I had a hysterectomy 14 years ago. My face has started to break out in a rash that can be very itchy at times, breakout begins around nose and spreads to chin. It isn't a constant but there doesn't appear to be a cycle to the breakouts. The rash appears like small pimples, but doesn't look the acne. I have changed soap, makeup, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I have also tried diet changes, nothing seems to help. I am no longer on HRT.

Allergic dermatitis and adult acne need to be ruled out.A consultation with your doctor /dermatologist may help.Connective tissue disorders may also need to be assessed.Drug reaction is another cause which needs to be looked into.
