Have Joint Pain, Muscle Spasms In Legs. Pain, Stiffness. What To Do?

A year ago I was working out and began to have joint pain is knee , elbows and muscle spasm in my legs sporadically I suppose from over exertion?. I went to therapy and also been taking medicine for the swelling. Although the the meds worked for a small time, I know have a left knee with so much pain and stiffness and barely can walk now. Many tell me its more than that...but no doctor can seem to help. I am trying not to have a cortisone shot, what can I do?

hi..
you have joint and muscle pain, and you used to work out regularly..
this is a case of repititive strain injury, and it happens when you do it with out proper instructor,..
now see your orthopedician and physiotherapist, it may help..
all the very best..
