Suggest Remedies For Recurring Muscle Spasms In Upper Thighs With Constipation

About 1 week ago I started getting pain in my upper thighs. They feel like muscle spasms and are accompanied by constipation. The constipation increases the pain. This makes even walking difficult. Sitting and laying down/inactivity make the pain and stiffness worse.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, constipation does not cause any muscular pain it is complete wrong belief, of course it must be the pain of thigh but it is not due to constipation just come out this impression, for the pain Tab Chlorzoxazone can be tried, and for constipation have some fiber containing diet and drink more water even if no thrust is there hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
