Have Knee Joint Pain. Prescribed Few Tablets With Ultracet. With Ultracet, Feeling Irritation In Stomach. Take DOLO?
Greetings to you Doctor,
My grandma visited a doctor for leg joint (knee) pain recently. He suggested to take X-ray of joint, checked and prescribed GEMITROL KIT TAB, CAL-O-CAP CAP, ULTRACET TAB, DIFINANCE GEL. After taking (twice daily) Ultracet tab, she feel irritation in stomach. is it better to give DOLO 650 instead of ULTRACET Tab ot to continue the same?. Please suggest

dolo is basically paracetamol, and ultracet is a combination of paracetamol and tramadol.
so actually they both have about the same propensity to cause an upset stomach.
however you can counteract that by giving an antacid.
