Hello friend,
It s not advisable to keep her without monitoring. Since the fall in BP is sudden and she is resting after a recent cancer surgery, there are chances of many casualties to occur. The medicines that she is taking after the surgery also can decide the cause of the present crisis. Only your doctor can examine the patient and make necessary treatments. Only by the information of reduced BP, no doctor can advise better. So my advise is to take her to the doctor who did surgery on her or at least you have to get her examined by a GP at the earliest. If it will take more time to reach hospital, at least make a call to the surgeon and follow his advice.
With best wishes for a speedy recovery of your mom.
