Your symptoms are very characteristic for urinary tract infection (bladder most likely). Due to bacterial infection you have lower abdominal pain (when the bladder is), back pain (where the kidneys are), frequent urinating, burning while urinating, fever and blood in the urine. I suggest you to visit your doctor and have urine analysis at first. If the infection will be confirmed, antibiotic should be prescribed (Ciprofloxacine for example). You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.
Hope this will help. Regards.
