Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There are several things - which may not be related to each other...
- See a gynaecologist and exclude Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.
- If not improved, Gastro-enterologist opinion will help / Colonoscopy may be necessary.
- Fast heart rate need documentation by ECG / If documented, more tests to find a cause...
- At 30 / with family history, get your Lipid Profile checked.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
