My wife got a lower body pain in her right side and MRI report o LS spine stated

posterior annular tear and moderate posterior extrusion of desiccated L4-L5 disc with cranial migration extending upto the mid body of L4 causing spinal and right lateral recess stenosis with resultant compression of thecal sac and right L5 nerve root

The diameter of L4-L5 now is 6.5mm

This kind of findings are common in backache of spinal cord origin or say having spinal cord pathology, with changing of life style such findings became a routine pathologies, medicine has got very little role but the physiotherapy would be much helpful, have nice day.
