Have Lump On Crus Helix Of Ear, Painful, Tender. What Are The Findings And Required Treatment?

Hello,
I have a small lump on the crus helix of my ear, starting just above where my ear connects to my scalp. It is very painful and tender but not visible unless i manipulate my ear. I haven't suffered from any head trauma and i do not cover my ears with headphones or headsets. I cannot tell if it is pus filled due to the awkward location and redness of the surrounding skin. It has been a continuous dull pain for about a week, with sharp pain when touched. Any insight as to what it might be or how i proceed would be greatly appreciated. Incase it is relevant i have been unwell recently suffering from various viral/ bacterial infections and migraines.

Kind regards,
