Have Lump On Lower Neck With Vomiting, Headache And Diarrhea
My 37 year old sister called and said she woke up with a small knot on the back of her lower neck upper back. Its tender and she has been vomiting. She has a headache and diarrhea to. Vision is normal. No fever. No back injuries or history of a recent back injury.Should she seek a medical evaulation or wait 24 hours to rule out viral infection? Not sure if her lymph nodes are swollen. If she waits are there any symptoms that would strike a immediate concern?

i have a small lump on the right side of my lower neck. it does not hurt. its been there for a few months now.
my motions are not normal for the past one month. ive stopped eating outside and only eat home cooked meals. but nothing is helping. also my stomach aches, but its not severe.
i also have a hard lump on the left side of my head...i asked a doctor about that and he said there is nothing to worry about... but it hurts when i put even a little pressure on it.....
my stomach also hurts for about 10 minuter afer i eat especially in the morning... i also get tired very fast... especially when i walk up 3 flights of stairs...

a clinical examination will make out the complain you are talking about
it may be lymph node swelling if it is in posterior triangle of neck you are talking about clinical exam and investigations will help nreach a diagnosis and proper treatment
