Have Lumps On Nose. Have Oily Skin. Taking Proactiv. Any Solution?
I am 21yrs old and about 6 months ago I realized some lumps on my nose apparently they were bumps that didn't went away atleast that's that I assume, I'm on proactiv now it works temporarily if I don't use it or ran out my skin break out worst than before I just really need a solution that will work permanently feeling really embarrassed having pimples at age 21 I have oily skin in the t zone area and that's the area thats a problem any suggestion?
It seems that you are having acne vulgaris. Your skin is oily as you told. So, you have tendency to develop acne. Stress can exacerbate the disease, so be cool and relaxed. Oily food, milk and ghee might worsen your condition , so avoid it.
Cleanse the skin with salicylic acid containing face wash. Take minocycline 50 mg daily till you get good result. Add isotretinoin 5 mg to enhance the improvement. Apply adapalene and clindamycine combined gel on the lesions till the subside.
For few months, you may continue treatment even after you get satisfactory result.
