Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

Let me try my best to explain all the points from the report for you:
-enlarge uterus measures 13.1 x 7.3 x 5.8 cm: This means your uterus has increased in size and that it is larger than it should be; usually in the presence of something away from normal
-myometrium is inhomogenous: This means that the tissue (myometrium) is different in different parts, which is not normal
-with oval hypoechoic foci within: A hypoechoic foci is a mass which could be either solid or fluid-filled. There could be one or more
-the largest measures 4.03cm: In this case, the largest mass has been measured and found to be 4.03 cms in size
-and is in the fundus right.: This is the location of the above mentioned mass; located in the fundus of the uterus on the right side
-it partially protrudes outside of the uterine confines: This means that the above mentioned mass has extended outside the uterus (or the uterine cavity)
-endometrium is single lined : A single-lined endometrium means one which could have a low serum 17 beta-estradiol and is in the cycle where the ovaries do not release the egg (i.e. anovulation)
-and hyperechoic: A hyperechoic endometrium is normal in a pre-menopausal woman
-both adnexae are unremarkable: Normal finding
-there is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac: Normal finding

Thus, the only abnormality is the mass found in the fundus of the uterus. This will require further investigation. Please consult your doctor.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
