I am an obese female age 65 with a history of achochol abuse with mild left ventricular hypertrophy. I have been having excessive sweating of the head and face with some chills but no fever. This is the second time I have had these symptoms in the past 90 days. This second round of symptoms has been going on for about 2 weeks.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

At this age, with alcohol and obesity, you need to be investigated for Coronary Artery Disease.
The next step is TMT with thallium isotope. It is the ideal non-invasive way to evaluate ischemia / to assess the PHYSIOLOGY (function) – to see whether the blood arriving at the heart muscle.
See an Internist / Cardiologist

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
