Have Multiple Lumps On Muscle When Walking Or Running, Painful. What Is Going On?

i seem to have multiple lumps on the muscle just outside of my calf muscle. This ususally happens when I walk or run for a short period of time. the muscle tenses up and the lumps become very pronounced. It s associated with aches and pains, and sometimes I have to stop walking for a bit to take a breather. Do you know what is going on?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The lumps in the muscle that you can feel can be due to muscle cramps or fibroma in the muscle mass. An MRI scan and FNAC will help in diagnosis of such soft tissue lumps.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
