Have Nausea, Uterine Cramping And Frequent Urination. No Periods. Have PCOS. Pregnancy?
I ve been experiencing extreme nausea (but no vomiting ) for about three weeks, uterine cramping (steady discomfort and some sharper twinges slightly to the right side), and frequent urination , but no period. I have PCOS and was told it would take a miracle to get pregnant - could that have been in error? Urination is not painful. Nausea still comes and goes persistently and sometimes quite acutely.
Hello
Thanks for your query.
The symptoms you mention are associated with, but not confirmatory, of a pregnancy.
Also, with PCOS, it is difficult to get pregnant, as patients have problems with ovulation and irregular cycles.
As periods are irregular in PCOS, there is no point taking a home pregnancy test to diagnose a pregnancy.
ALso, you have not mentioned the date of your last menstrual period.
Please go for a home pregnancy test if you have skipped your expected date of period.
Otherwise, please consult a gynecologist for the symptoms , and also in case you wish to conceive.
Take care.
