Have Nose Bleeds Where A Large Portion Will Go To Throat And Starts Choking. Had Nose Cauterized. Medical Cure For This?

i get on average a nose bleed per week my whole life i am now 15 and each nose bleed will last for over 30 mins one time i had one for over 2 hrs i lost alot of blood every time i get a nosebleed a large portion of it will go down my throat and i will start choking on it. I have had my nose cauterized before but did little it is driving me insane and its really depressing what can i do

hello,
if you have recurrent nose bleeds then you should get done---
1.Bleeding time , clotting time , prothrombin time INR-----Blood tests
2. Nasal Endoscopy
3. CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses
Get an ent consultation done so that these tests are done and a diagnosis is made.
