Have Numbness In Lower Leg And Foot. Have Intense Pins And Needles. Have Anxiety Problems. Advise?
Recently, in the past week I have woken up 3 times in the middle of the night and my lower left leg and foot have been completely numb, I have to hold it to move it, then the pin and needles start pretty intensely, then fade away after a couple minutes. I have been sleeping with my legs straight out so I don't think it is positioning. I do have anxiety problems but dont know if this relates

you are complaining of pins and needles in the palms and soles, it suggests peripheral neuropathy..
you have not mentioned about your age , any history of diabetes mellitus..
get one CBC, serum vit B12 levels..
see your physician for the prescription of vitamin B12 injections/tablets..
for anxiety, are you taking any treatment?
try other relaxation techniques, like yoga and meditation..
all the very best..

Numbness in lower leg and foot could be due to inched nerve or deficiency of vit b12 levels. Thorough clinical examination is required to reach the diagnosis. Get Vit B12 level checked. consult you doctor if deficiency comes out.
