Have Oily Skin And Had Acne. Asked Benzoyl Peroxide Face Wash And Salicyclic Gel. Have Redness On Cheeks. Suggest?

i have oily skin over my cheeks and had acne before. my previous doc suggested me to use benzoyl peroxide creamy face wash and salicylic acid gel. it worked out well. my only concern is about the redness on my cheeks and noted i have fair skin colour. advice me something for the redness .i also wanted to know any topical medication for beauty spots (til) which is noticed usually on face .i heard that coconut water helps control oiliness and reduce blemishes,is it true?

Hi redness of face was only due to irritation of benzyl peroxide gel and salcylic acid gel causing dryness.it can be cured by application of moisteriser daily.if no response apply flutivate ointment for one week.yes coconut water control oiliness and blemeshes of face to some extent.if no response to these treatments try isotretinion 20mg alternate day for fww days to decrease oiliness
