Have Pain Across Buttocks Due To Fall, Cramp Like Pain Down Thighs. Done Pelvic X-ray

I fell down the stairs almost 3 weeks ago and am still experiencing pain across both buttocks and severe cramp like pain down thighs. The only way I can get relief is by lying down. I am becoming very concerned about this. I had my pelvis xrayed which was clear. Can you help?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
As x-ray is clear, it seems that you might be having soft tissue injury and heavy muscle strain.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine for 3-5 days.
Apply some muscle relaxant cream locally.
Apply cold pack for few days.
Ok and take care.
