Have Pain And Cramps In The Bowel. Have IBS. No Medication Till Now. What Can This Be?

Hi there
I've been suffering with my bowels all week.
Running to the loo with cramping pains but feels like I have a blockage. Some excrement comes out but it's a weird shape. Flat n thin n small and there is lots of mucus
This has been going on for 5 days but was only in the evenings
Now today I'm in constant pain (just grumbling till I try n go to the loo)

I have IBS and am well used to both constipation and diarrhoe this is not like anything I've experienced before
I'm also feeling nauseas at times

Many thanks for your help

hi, you are already diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome and you are taking treatment. along with that take lots of fluids, fibres, vegetables, fruits and multivitamins. so exercises, yoga and meditation. you need to relax first. stop smoking and alcohol. if it doesnot work you should meet physician. all the best.
