Have Pain Below Right Rib Cage. Hurts To Breathe And Burp. Cure?

Hello,

I have been experiencing this odd pain just below my right rib cage (or center rib cage, almost deep inside). It hurts when I breathe, just at the end of inhalation and exhalation for a brief 2 seconds and then it goes away. Hurts as well if I burp, or yawn, same brief pain. I've been experiencing this pain since yesterday.

Hello, thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Sudden twitching excruciating pain during breathing, yawing, burping etc may be due to,
Pneumonitis ( consolidation of lung) of effected part.
Pleura'l pain due to pleurisy on right side ( in your query)
Muscular sprain due to trauma ( of course mild)
So please don't worry.
Consult a physician and get an X ray for any abnormality and blood examination for any infection chronic or acute.
Good luck Dr. HET
